I feel strongly that a non-litigated, collaborative approach enhances the well being of families. In addition to its increased effectiveness, I am drawn to this process because rather than prompting bitterness, it encourages mutual respect and emphasizes the needs of children. I love the creativity of using a variety of problem solving approaches that the clients help to generate.

Certified collaborative coach and child specialist since 2006. Experienced in individual and family therapy, and treatment of adults, adolescents, and children. Lectured on Divorce for 18 years. Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at the Old Dominion University since 1995. Co-Director of Marketing for Collaborative Practice of Tidewater 2010 - 2012.
