I have negotiated or resolved a great number of cases using litigation or the Court system. Since being trained in the collaborative practice model, the results for clients have been better suited to their needs and the process far more effective and efficient. Delivery of such results in a non-destructive manner is the goal.
Collaborative Services
After training in 2004, I have been very fortunate to use the collaborative process to resolve successfully a number of cases. The building of positive solutions in conflicts that most likely would have resulted in long term or continuiing damage is very gratifying. I look forward to continuiing to market the process and be involved as an attorney as well as an organizer.
