I practice Collaborative divorce because it provides a structure that allows divorcing spouses to resolve their marital differences civilly, respectfully, with integrity and compassion, and with a commitment to the emotional and financial well-being of their children and each other. The Collaborative Process offers spouses the opportunity to have full control over determining the best way to structure their financial futures, deciding what custodial schedule will best meet the needs of their children, and developing a transition plan into the next stage of their lives as unmarried individuals and co-parents. It empowers spouses to reach a fair, private settlement with far less conflict and cost in comparison to traditional divorce litigation.
Before starting a Collaborative process, please satisfy yourself that the skills and experience of the practitioners are a good fit for you and ask if they follow and meet the IACP Ethical and Practitioner Standards. IACP does not verify the information provided by the practitioners listed.
