After nearly 20 years as a divorce litigator, I welcome the opportunity to provide to families in Roanoke, the surrounding counties and throughout Southwest Virginia the opportunity to make informed, respectful decisions for restructuring their family, their finances and their futures without contentious court battles by using mediation or the Collaborative Divorce Process.

If you or someone you know has prayerfully concluded that separation or divorce may be inevitable, yet are seeking a respectful alternative to expensive divorce or custody litigation, then consider the mediation or the Collaborative Divorce Process. In the Collaborative Divorce Process the trained legal, mental health and financial professionals work as a team to support and assist their clients to seek and reach resolutions that consider the individual's and their family's needs and interests for the short term and the long term. I am deeply committed to offering the Collaborative Divorce Process to assist clients in making informed, cooperative decisions about their future.
