I am committed to helping families heal and create their best solutions as they transition through divorce into life after divorce. During this challenging life passage, we can work together so that you can communicate and negotiate more effectively, manage strong emotions and make changes to significantly improve your life. In addition, I can help you and your partner make informed parenting decisions so that you can lovingly and skillfully minimize your children's pain and grief, while providing the support they need.

Collaborative Services

As a licensed clinical psychologist, I have extensive education and experience in helping individuals, couples and families identify and develop the tools and strategies they need to negotiate major life challenges, including separation and divorce. I have particular expertise in grief counseling, cognitive-behavioral interventions (including improving communication and conflict-resolution abilities) and mindfulness within the context of marital and family relationships.
