I am an experienced family law attorney practicing in Northern Virginia and the District of Columbia. I am a strong advocate for using the Collaborative process to resolve family law matters respectfully and compassionately. My goal in all Collaborative cases is to reach a resolution that not only satisfies the participants’ goals, but maintains the integrity of the entire family. In addition to my family law experience, I have also worked as a full-time law clerk to two Virginia Circuit Court judges, as well as a general practitioner engaging in a broad-based civil and criminal law practice. I find that my unique and diverse background is useful in helping parties navigate and resolve the complex and multifaceted legal issues that often arise in the Collaborative divorce process.
Before starting a Collaborative process, please satisfy yourself that the skills and experience of the practitioners are a good fit for you and ask if they follow and meet the IACP Ethical and Practitioner Standards. IACP does not verify the information provided by the practitioners listed.
