Collaborative Services
After 20 years of dealing with positional, hard-bargaining lawyers, I gladly added interest-based negotiation and mediation to my divorce practice, but found that getting clients to stay engaged with lawyers and getting the lawyers to stay engaged with my mediation clients problematic. I took the first Collaborative divorce training I could and have found it to be an excellent solution to the problems of litigation and mediation.
