Kelly Sweeney Hite is the managing partner of Hite Kaminsky Family Law & Mediation, PLLC (formerly the Law Offices of Kelly S. Hite, PLLC). She has lived in Fairfax County since 1978. Ms. Hite graduated from Virginia Tech in 1987, attended the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law, and received a Juris Doctor in 1990. She has practiced family law exclusively since 1994. Her knowledge and dedication to her field, integrity and the high quality of her work have garnered her the respect of her peers. As evidence of this, she was chosen to serve as a Neutral Case Evaluator for the Fairfax County Circuit Court, has repeatedly received an AV (peer review) rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and has been recognized as a top divorce lawyer by Northern Virginia Magazine.
