I am available to serve as the Financial Neutral in Collaborative divorces. I am also able to provide financial support in mediated divorce cases. I can assist couples in valuing their marital and separate assets, modeling the potential impact of proposed settlement agreements short and long term, and considering the tax implications of such agreements. I can assist spouses in creating a budget for before, during, and after divorce. Additionally, in cases where one spouse believes the other is hiding assets I can combine my financial expertise with my 25 years of investigative experience in the FBI to pursue the assets and support the litigation.
