Ms. Radomsky's approach to the practice of family law is client-centered. In other words, her goals are to make you feel comfortable and cared for as a person as well as to meet your legal needs. Ms. Radomsky's practice includes collaborative law, which is a process that allows the parties to agree to stay out of the court system to resolve their marital problems privately while still within a formal structure. In this process, each party has a collaboratively trained attorney and often the parties share a team of neutral collaboratively trained professionals in areas that apply to their situation - like finance and parenting - to help them make the best decisions for their future.
