I have been using Collaborative Divorce in my practice since first training in 2004, and have found it to be by far the best solution (in most cases) for divorcing spouses to come apart with integrity and dignity and in a way that best supports the entire family. This process helps families move forward in a constructive and respectful manner without the destructive and negative impact that courts can have. I am also the author of Graceful Divorce Solutions: A Comprehensive and Proactive Guide to Saving You Time, Monday, and Your Sanity, which I wrote for clients to help in educating them about process choices for divorce and expectations in the divorce process.
