I have practiced divorce law in the Richmond Metropolitan Area for 49 years. I do my best to keep amicable cases amicable. I am committed to the collaborative process and to helping people work through their divorce in a kinder. gentler and respectful way.
I believe in collaborative law and in resolving disputes between divorcing people with dignity and reasonable negotiation. I work well with other collaborative lawyers, mental health professionals and with financial experts. Children are the big beneficiaries of collaborative divorce because it caters to them and is sensitive to their needs and tender years.
