I have been practicing divorce and family law for over 30 years. I received divorce mediation training in 1995 and I have been an active mediator since then. I was Collaboratively trained in 2013 and maintain an active Collaborative practice. While I have litigated all types of family law cases when necessary, my focus has been on negotiating positive and appropriate settlements for my clients.
Before starting a Collaborative process, please satisfy yourself that the skills and experience of the practitioners are a good fit for you and ask if they follow and meet the IACP Ethical and Practitioner Standards. IACP does not verify the information provided by the practitioners listed.
