I am a collaborative practice attorney, arbitrator, certified mediator and authorized trainer (VA Supreme Court, Dispute Resolution). I am licensed in Virginia, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia. I have substantial experience in the areas of domestic relations (including cross-border family and preventive parental kidnapping) law and mediation, insurance and financial services, personal injury, labor and employment, business, real estate, construction, landlord-tenant, and health law. I speak spanish and am a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ('FINRA') neutral arbitrator (chair status) and authorized mediator
