Drafting Effective Parenting Plans
Lynn Hawkins, with special appearances from Theresa Mihalik, Jennifer Bradley, Michelle Bieber and Tashina Gorgone, will provide members with guidance on drafting parenting plans and avoiding drafting errors that create confusion and conflict post-settlement.
In this presentation, we will go where no collaborative case has gone before….to COURT! This will be an engaging and interactive presentation with concrete take-aways for even the most-experienced drafters.
